Ingredients
1 pound ground sausage
8 ounce cream cheese, softened
1 can (10 ounce) Rotel diced tomatoes and green chilies, drained
2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1 cup biscuit mix
Instructions
1. Preheat your oven to 350°F.
2. In a large mixing bowl, combine the ground sausage, softened cream cheese, and drained Rotel diced tomatoes and green chilies.
3. Add the shredded cheddar cheese and biscuit mix to the sausage mixture.
4. Using a small cookie scoop or your hands, form the mixture into 1-inch balls and place them on the prepared baking sheet.
5. Bake the Rotel Sausage Balls for 18-20 minutes, or until they’re golden brown and cooked through.
