Description
Spinach Artichoke Dip is a rich, creamy, and flavor-packed appetizer that combines tender spinach, tangy artichokes, and melted cheeses.
Ingredients
10 ounce fresh spinach, chopped
14 ounce canned artichoke hearts, drained and chopped
8 ounce cream cheese, softened
1/2 cup sour cream
1/2 cup mayonnaise
3 cloves garlic, minced
1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
Instructions
1. 1. Preheat your oven to 350°F.
2. 2. In a large bowl, combine the chopped spinach, chopped artichoke hearts, softened cream cheese, sour cream, mayonnaise, minced garlic, Parmesan cheese, and 1/2 cup of the mozzarella cheese. Mix until well blended.
3. 3. Transfer the mixture to a baking dish and top with the remaining 1/2 cup of mozzarella cheese.
4. 4. Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until the dip is hot and bubbly, and the cheese on top is melted and lightly browned.
5. 5. Remove the dip from the oven and let it cool for a few minutes before serving.
Notes
For an even creamier texture, you can blend the ingredients in a food processor before transferring to the baking dish. Alternatively, you can prepare the dip in a slow cooker and keep it warm throughout your event.
